Garments displayed on our website are manufactured and dispatched from various locations in India and the UK.
Items will always be dispatched as and when they are available so you are likely to get more than one delivery when ordering multiple items

We will do our best to provide you with delivery options at an additional cost if incurred.
Items shipped from India already include shipping charges in the price you see; this is for countries listed above only. This is clearly stated with the item advertised.
Our express delivery items are shipped from the UK and the prices you see exclude delivery charges. Within the checkout process, we display several Royal Mail delivery options for you to choose from.
We only use reputed tried and tested couriers that we know will give our customers the level of service they demand at a competitive price.
We are constantly looking to improve our shipping charges whilst not compromising efficiency. Due to constantly changing fuel surcharges we have not included the charges here.
We will email you a tracking number if and when the courier provides it.
All our couriers ship your goods under their own terms and conditions, and all delivery times are given by the couriers and not by us.
Without limiting the below mentioned, the company will under no circumstances be held responsible for any delay or failure in timely delivery resulting directly or indirectly from
1. Acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of 3rd-parties.
2. Any delay caused by HMRC Customs and duty officers. We try to alleviate delays by including duties and taxes for EU shippings however your parcel can be detained by Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise for a routine check over which we have no control.
3. Incorrect address input. Please ensure the address you provide is correct, as any amendments may not be made once the goods are dispatched. Any redelivery costs will be at your expense upon delivery of goods to your door
4. Our couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes or the British Forces Post Office
We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible and endeavour to meet the delivery time frame chosen and to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event for non customised goods within 30 working days of your order and for customised goods within 50 working days However we reserve the right not to make deliveries outside the EU countries listed unless our shipping process provides that facility.
Many couriers will not deliver on weekends or on national holidays and these days are excluded from delivery days.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective; or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, to email@example.com, of the problem within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods in question.
If in a rare occurrence you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 or 50 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days (for non customised) or 50 days (for customised) from the date on which you paid for the goods. Rest assured that we check the status of our dispatched orders daily as your customer experience is paramount to our business.
Import Duty and Taxes
Within the EU
Some of our garments come from our warehouses in India and we have taken due care to ensure that all European Union Import VAT and Duty is paid before the goods are delivered to you within the EU. We are not obliged to do this but do so to keep your customer experience positive and straight forward.
We do not charge domestic VAT.
Outside the EU
Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the EU may be liable to Import Duty, sales Tax or VAT as we will only send them as Delivery Duty Unpaid parcels. When ordering or dispatching from us outside of the EU you are agreeing to pay any such Duties Taxes and handling fees, which may be imposed by your country’s government or the courier. We recommend you contact your country’s customs and excise division before placing an order as we are in no way liable for these charges outside the EU.
If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed outside the EU and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable and personally responsible for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government plus the couriers handling fee in returning the items to our dispatch point. Failure to meet these costs may lead to us reimbursing ourselves of the cost by not delivering items to you.
Many couriers will add an additional amount for rural deliveries which are out of towns and urban areas. If you are unsure please contact us at email@example.com with your postcode so we can advise if there are any additional costs for you to consider.
