Returns Policy

Returns policy


Each time you buy items from bebstyle.com, you acknowledge that you have read our Returns Policy Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must not complete your transaction with us.

Please rest assured that we are abiding by the E - Commerce Regulations and the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly known as Distance Selling Regulations)


Consumer Right of Return and Refund


This clause only applies if you are a consumer.


If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund or exchange. Advice about your legal right to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. 

However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products 


Right to Cancel


You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the garment/s reached the intended addressed recipient


To exercise the right to cancel you must-


1.  Notify us of your intent and reason for cancellation within the cancellation period stated above along with the customer order number and specific item number by e-mail to wecare@bebstyle.com 


2.  Await written acceptance and a returns form back from us 


3.  Ensure all returns are sent alongside the returns form. Please ensure this is correctly filled in, as failure to do so will delay the process.


4. You will have to bear all the direct costs of returning the goods to us at the address below and we advise you to take the secure postage option, as you are liable for the goods reaching us safely and un- tampered

Effects of Cancellation


If your returns meet the criteria as set out above, we will reimburse to you the price of the goods only, excluding all costs of delivery and any duty and handling fees paid on deliveries as these are costs that are imposed on us that are non refundable to us or the customer.

In some cases we reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 

(b) If there were no goods dispatched before the cancellation, then reimbursement will be done within 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. 


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.  We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and are satisfied with their return condition with all labels still in tact on the garment and items in a saleable condition


Faulty or Damaged Items


Rest assured that all our products undergo strict quality control checks in the UK and India.

As you may be aware the nature of many delicate Asian wear items is small amounts of loose beads and embellishments. Many of these are hand sewn and can come loose before they even reach the customer. 

We cannot be held responsible in any way if you do not follow the care instructions on the garments. Many items are stated to be dry cleaned only  and where unsure we advise you do this but do not take any responsibility for not complying with care instructions


All garments with embossed prints must be ironed on a cool setting on the reverse side of the garment.


However in any unforeseen circumstances; please note that any products returned to us which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our staff.


Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.

If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;

(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective;

(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods (not including delivery costs, duty and handling fees or charges) in question in whatever way we choose.


Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid as stated above by you for the goods in question as above.




We will do our best to offer exchanges, but we cannot guarantee sizes being in stock due to high volumes of sales. 

We provide detailed sizing guides for all our garments to assist you in ordering the correct size.

However we appreciate that your body is changing every month when pregnant and feeding and this may sometimes make it hard to gage a size. We will be happy to offer a refund if you do not find a suitable alternative and meet the above terms.
